Can I call you with a question?

We do not offer phone support - please send us an e-mail with your question(s) and we’ll help you out.

Help! I ordered the wrong size. Can I change the size before it ships?

We’ll do everything we can to help out here - however, we may not be able to accommodate. If you’d like a different size, we can cancel/refund your current order if it has not shipped yet and you may place a new one. Please e-mail dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order number in the subject line.

I’m looking for an item that I don’t see listed on the webstore. Is the item available?

All items listed on the webstore are what we currently have available for purchase. Keep checking back for new items!

I want to purchase an item but I don’t see my size available. Can you print just one in my size?
All sizes currently offered will be listed on the webstore. If it is a size we offer but we are out of stock, there is a good likelihood that if there is enough demand we will print more.

 

SHIPPING Q'S

 

How our shop works:

We ship as soon as we can process, excluding some U.S. holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking if it is a package.  Sticker only purchases are likely in an envelope and do not get tracking. Please allow a few business days for the tracking to update.

During times of higher order volume than usual, processing time may vary.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do currently offer international shipping to certain countries! If we are not shipping to you and you are interested email dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com and we can see what we can do.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS and UPS. P.O. Boxes must be shipped with USPS. International orders are shipped via USPS and UPS, then transferred to the local post for final delivery.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

We do offer expedited shipping which has a 2-3 day transit time frame once the order is shipped. If you need the order delivered by a specific date, please reach out and we can let you know an estimated timeframe!

Can I change my shipping address?

We are not able to guarantee making changes once the order is placed. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to change it! Please send an e-mail to dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Change Shipping Address” to inquire about changing your shipping address.

For international orders, are there any additional customs, duties, or taxes upon arrival?

Unfortunately, there may be additional fees in your country that are out of our control. If you are concerned, please check with your local customs office for more information about any additional fees you may receive before ordering. All fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Help! I shipped my order to the wrong address!

If this happens please get in touch with dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com from the same email as your ordered from, as soon as possible.  If the order has not shipped we will fix it, if it has shipped we will try to recover it.  If it is recovered it will be treated as a return and   

 

 

 

TRACKING Q's

 

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders will arrive in 4-8 business days for standard delivery (HI/AK/PR/GU and APO addresses are subject to longer transit times).


 How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with tracking information. Please check your spam folder for this notification. If you do not receive a notification, please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry'' to dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com .


My tracking status has not updated. What’s going on with my order?

Tracking updates are not always updated in real time and typically start to update within 1-2 days. Please keep checking your tracking status and you should start to see updates! If you’re still not seeing tracking updates, please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry” to dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com .

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION Q'S

 

Can I return an item(s)?

Yes, we accept returns. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it in. All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the item.

Final Sale items and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer. 

After the item has been received and inspected, refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation notification. 

Help! My order came in damaged/incorrect. How can this be fixed?

Please send a photo of the damage (if damaged), your name, and order number in an email to dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com and we’ll help you out! 

 

Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective. Please return the item you would like to exchange and make a new order of the correct item.  Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel and refund your order! Please send an e-mail to dooleynotedmerch@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order # in the subject line - we’ll take care of that for you. Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation notification. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the credit to your account.

Items that are returned as undeliverable
Any items returned to us as undeliverable will be treated as a return. The cost of the merchandise will refunded. You will be notified via email.
